Purpose

Neo1 provides the flexibility to book travel with individual and shared cards. Booking travel with individually assigned payment cards simplifies the travel experience. See details below to better understand the individual card experience for each travel type.

Airfare - The individual card on file will be charged for the airline reservation. Traveler will not be required to present a card within the check-in process. Upgrades are managed outside of Neo1 (direct with the airline via website or mobile app), and will not be charged to this card unless specified in that third-party checkout process.

Hotel - The individual card on file will be charged for the hotel reservation (pre-paid) or used as guarantee to secure a post-pay room rate. Traveler will be required to present this card (or another card) within the check-in, or check-out, process for incidentals and/or the full booking fare (as applicable).

Car - The individual card on file will be used to secure the car reservation. Traveler will be required to present this card (or another card) within the check-in process for additional fees (as applicable) and the full booking fare.

Train/Rail - The individual card on file will be used to secure the train reservation. Traveler will not be required to present a card within the check-in process.
