Purpose

In this article, we will cover how to access credits for all users across the business. 


The used air ticket/credit management system in Amex GBT is automated, and whenever a non-refundable ticket is cancelled either online or offline we begin the process of agreeing the credit voucher with the airline and hold this in a central database for future use, as applicable (note that the conditions around credits vary for NDC fares).


 

It can take a few days for the automated credit to appear in the online tool. Follow the steps below to see your airline credit in the Online Booking Tool. 


Where to find airline credits for all users 



Step 1: From your Neo1 dashboard go to ‘Travel’ and click on ‘Book trip’ and select 'A business employee'  – this will take you to the online booking tool



Step 2: Once you are logged in to the booking tool click on 'Trip list - All travelers'


Step 3: Click  traveler in the top-left filters to search for and select the traveler whom you are expecting a credit (you can use the additional filters like trip status, date and service to narrow down the trip list and aid in your investigation).

 


 

Step 4: If a credit is available this will be highlighted above the trip list. Click to display the available credit(s). 







Tip: Per airline policy, credits are issued directly to the originally named traveler. The ability to transfer is rare, varies by airline and at the airlines discretion.
