If you're experiencing problems with our platform, such as: 

  • Frozen screens 
  • Spinning loading icons 
  • Missing data or images 
  • Auto-save not working correctly 


Try the following troubleshooting steps: 



1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies   


  • For Chrome:
    1. Click the three-dot menu > More tools > Clear browsing data
    2. Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data"
    3. Click "Clear data"
  • For Firefox: 
    1. Click the menu button > Options > Privacy & Security 
    2.  Scroll to "Cookies and Site Data" > Clear Data     
    3. Check both "Cookies" and "Cached Web Content"    
  • For Safari: 
    1. Go to Preferences > Privacy  
    2. Click "Manage Website Data"
    3. Remove site-specific data or "Remove All" 


2. Alternative Troubleshooting Methods   


  • Use Incognito/Private Browsing Window
    • This opens a fresh session without existing cache or cookies
    • Helps determine if the issue is browser-specific


  • Try a Different Browser
    • Switch to an alternative browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
    • Helps isolate whether the problem is browser-related
