Previously, some flagged transactions within a budget could bypass the approval step and go directly to review, creating compliance gaps. The system now properly enforces approval requirements for all policy violations, ensuring that designated approvers have visibility into non-compliant spending, regardless of budget association or spend rule.

  • User import preserves group assignments

Streamline user management with reliable people group preservation during bulk imports and updates. 
Description
The user import template now includes a people group column that automatically preserves existing group assignments when uploading Excel files. Previously, all imported users were reset to "Employee - General (all)" regardless of their original group (Executive Employee, Non-Employee, etc.). Admins can now confidently bulk update user information without losing group configurations, and can also assign specific groups to new users directly in the import file.
