What are corporate airline rewards programs?
Many airlines offer special corporate rewards programs that provide additional benefits beyond individual loyalty programs. These programs can help your company earn rewards on business travel spend.
Enrollment is optional, free of charge, and does not replace or interfere with an individual traveler’s frequent flyer programs. Once you have enrolled in the below programs and received your Perks numbers, please provide so we can get them added to the booking tool.
If your company has a corporate loyalty program
Please provide the below information:
- Negotiated airline, car, or hotel contracts
- Enrollment in any Corporate Airline Rewards programs
- Corporate discount codes or agreements
- All account numbers and loyalty codes
- Contract copies (if applicable)
- Any program-specific documentation
Important notes:
- Hertz loyalty codes are not currently supported
- Processing time for corporate program setup: 2-3 business days
- Once configured, your corporate programs will automatically apply to eligible bookings
Individual loyalty programs:
Individual level loyalty programs are managed within the platform.
